Gratitude Day 62 - Dreams

There is something so special about the moment when I am just waking up and my dreams are lingering in my mind. The in between state where all the details are so clear as my lucid dream starts to bring me to my waking day.

At times I try to cling to them. To that magical place were thoughts can instantly manifest and my awareness of dreaming means I can mold the dream in anyway I choose.

Sometimes I process emotional things in my dreams and sometimes I just have fun.

Surfing, flying, exploring and alien worlds. Every night is an adventure I look forward to.

I love dreaming and I appreciate dreams so much! I am so grateful for the gift of dreaming.

Every moment is a chance to make today a better day

We all have a story we are painting called our life. Every thought, emotion and action colors our world around us. And that is just it....it is our world. As impossible as it may seem at times, the great thing is if we don't like it...we can just change it! We have the choice in every moment to start painting it the way we want it to be. And then little by little (or sometimes overnight) our story becomes a masterpiece filled with joy.

This blog is all about developing the skills to be a master artist of our own life. Everything from activating your pineal gland, opening your third eye, using the power of your dreams, food and nutrition, wellness, meditation and more. It's about listening to our body, creating the life we want and living a soul based life.

I have become more and more in love with living a joy filled life. Part of that is doing the work it takes to "clean out the closets" inside. It's all about the journey! It also helps to do what you love.

In my own personal journey I have come to realize how amazing we are as beings and what a gift these bodies we have are! The potential that we have when we awaken and activate our true power can really build new worlds. We are world builders! But in order to be a true architect, this requires us to start to harness an innerstanding of ourselves and to start the learning process of using the tools we don't realize we have until we start to wake up.

Cleansing the body, activating our pineal gland and learning how to see with our true sight of the third eye allows us to start to see the vast endless possibilities. It is time to be the dream weavers....not just the dreamer.
