Dream Herb Tea + Lucid Dreaming

Dream work is a powerful tool in innerstanding and awakening.  Our dreams hold treasures for us to explore and give us an opportunity to work outside the confines of 3D.

Plants are key holders of information and when we work together with them, they can help us step through doorways that our mind may try to keep us from entering.  Kind of like training wheels, plants can help us until the time when we have gathered enough of our information to remember how to travel at from our own inner power.

One of these dream keepers is the Dream Herb (Calea Zacatechichi).  An herb that when steeped into a tea and sipped before sleep can open you up to a wold of lucid dreams.

About Dream Herb from Bouncing Bear Botanicals:

Dream Herb was traditionally used by the Chontal Natives of Oaxaca, Mexico. It would be prepared as a tea and drank while smoking a cigarette made up of the Calea zacatechichi foliage just before going to bed.

Those who partook of the Dream Herb were able to experience lucid dreaming; the ability to control and remember their dreams with less effort. Auditory hallucinations are also fairly common, which prompted the Chontals, believing they were hearing the voice of God, to refer to Calea zacatechici as Leaf of God.

Making Dream Herb Tea

Steep 3 grams of the Dream Herb in 2 cups of water.  Make it as you would any other tea.  Bring your water to a boil and then turn it off and add your tea letting it steep for about about 1 min until the water begins to color. Make sure you don't keep the tea in too long because it will become too bitter to drink.  Strain out the leaves and drink as is or if you prefer you can add milk or sweeteners to your tea for taste.  Take right before going to bed.

Other ways to take the herb is by smoking it or ingesting it but I prefer the tea.

Plants are great teachers and should be respected as a guide on our path.
