Solar Rays and Working with the Heart of the Universe

Hello Beautiful Souls,

Cosmic energy is currently aligning in a very special way. This type of alignment only happens every 12,000 yrs. The truth is, when we really start to pay attention to transits and alignments in our cosmic neighborhoods, it can feel as though there is always some sort of exciting alignment or planetary event happening. In some ways, these cycles are not much different then knowing the cycles of the seasons. Even though they happen like clockwork, it is still valuable information to know so we can prepare. Just some of these cosmic cycles are MUCH bigger! So if we can tap into each one in its own unique frequency, this is going to help us spin through our own cycles and alignments.

April 24, 2022 was a special day here on Earth and in our Solar system for a cosmic alignment to the Central Suns and the Solar Dragons. And this energy is going to be with us for awhile.

If you would like more in-depth information on the Solar Dragons, please check out the latest newsletter from Energetic Synthesis here  https://energeticsynthesis.com/resource-tools/news-shift-timelines/3779-cosmic-christos-dragon-teachings

When Solar bodies and planetary bodies line up, there is direct "influence" between the planets. When Solar bodies align with other Solar bodies, now we are talking an amplification of Solar Rays, Codes, Photons, Light Language, DNA Activation and Cellular Memories and blast of Neutrino Packets of Information. It is a super event for us.

Since our DNA codes respond to these events, it is an opportunity for us to tune in to what may be "turning on" in our body. I like to think of these as moments when we can ride the waves of alignments into our greater purpose and understanding of who we are as Souls, Over-Souls and beyond. These are moments when we can really let go of more density and let in more light.

What does letting in the light look like?

This is going to be an individual experience for all of us. Each of us has our own unique design. (Learn more about yours here)  and we are all working on our soul path at our own individual pace. This really means that there are no set rules to how our forms and consciousness is expanding in each of us.

Some of the basic ways we may be feeling this is:

  • Disorientation
  • Feeling Out of Body, like you are living in a dream
  • Buzzing in ears
  • Headaches
  • Dizziness
  • Vertigo
  • Tired or Energized
  • Waking up often at night, difficulty sleeping
  • Difficulty concentrating

This is mainly because the neuroprocessers in our brain and the cellular functioning in our body has to adjust to new inflections of energy in the body. Our chemistry so to speak, gets thrown off.

Please be kind and gentle to yourself, slow down, rest and take the opportunity to connect with nature more. I feel that we are being called to connect with the natural cycles and our beautiful earth in a deeper way. That all of this is calling us home into our hearts, into our earth and into a surrender of being part of a greater whole.

Wait! But that's not all!

We also have our eclipse season starting and our first of of this year is a Partial Solar Eclipse on April 30th, 2022.  This is going to add to the energy and to create an emotional amplification for humanity.

All of these are ways for us to heal and grow. To really come to a centered balanced place within ourselves. So I would invite you to look at your own personal birth charts and see what house your moon is on April 30th. This is the primary energy you are going to be working with in your life.

All of our Genes (Gene Keys/Gates) are our codons for learning. Each one has an frequency range to them. I would say our goal in life is to raise our vibration above the 200 mark on the Chart of Consciousness.

The Gene Key/Gate that the moon will be in on the moment of the Eclipse is the Gate 2 in the Sign of Taurus.

Transiting Moon in Taurus

When the Moon changes signs to Taurus, we slow down and seek out some security in our lives. This marks a less impatient and competitive period of our lives. We don’t look for new experiences as much as we manage our lives in a more solid, secure manner. We value predictability during this period.

Gate 2 – Direction of Self – (The direction of vision) Yin / Yin – most receptive gate. Designed to receive. To take direction and receive all that is needed to fulfil destiny. This is about your destiny and the identity of your soul. Your magnet that pulls you in the direction of your truth and of your higher spirit. Gate 2 is about feeling unity with all the universe, knowing that no matter what is happening, there is a purpose to all of it. When one surrenders to be in the flow of their soul, synchronicities seem to be everywhere. The receptiveness of this gate knows on a deep level of all the resources available to create and manifest in this realm, but without a connection to gate 14 one needs to find the fuel or the energy to bring it forward. But Gate 2 knows how to receive abundance and to manage it. This gate is the core of living ones true design.  (This gate is a Channel Gate for you connecting to gate 14 of Power Skills in the Sacral Center in order to complete the channel of The Beat. Possession in Great Measure as a keeper of the keys)

Gate 2 is in the Sign: TAURUS

Returning to the One

Shadow - Dislocation    Gift - Orientation    Siddhi - Unity

You can also take the information of Gate 2 and then add it to the house the moon is transiting to in order to see what you may be brining to the surface to heal.

On a final note, I want to come back to the connection to the heart. I invite you to connect to your heart, and to your higher heart (8th Chakra in the the Thymus area) This is something that is awakening not only on Earth, Our Solar System, but in our Cosmic body.

The Heart of the Cosmic body is the Orion Nebula. (It looks like a heart doesn't it!) Just as we are healing, so has the timelines in Orion. It is a beautiful opportunity for us to connect with the Benevolent beings in the heart center to help restore our Cosmic Dragon Mother back to wholeness and balance.

Here is a special Starseed Reading that I did for a very special soul that has had many lifetimes in the higher dimension of the Orion Constellation and the Orion Nebula.

My final thought I wanted to share with all of this is based in the work of Family Constellations. The more we can align to love, to be in love and to surrender to the greater whole. The more we Restore the Family back to Love. Our family is much bigger than we may have realized when we were growing up, but now I invite you to look to the stars and remember the beauty of our cosmic home.

With So Much Love,

Lucid Dreaming - The Doorway of Our Consciousness

Hello Beautiful Souls,

I wanted to put this post together as a resource for the art of Lucid Dreaming. Lucid Dreaming is one of the most powerful ways we have in this incarnation, to break beyond the veils and transcend the illusions of this reality. And because of this, it is one of the tools that I love to share with others.

The main reason for this is because, when you wake in in the dream, it becomes easier to experience the concept of "All is Mind". In the dream, your mind, your consciousness, is creating your experience, therefore, what you can do in dreams, transcends all physical limitations.

In a dream you can fly, you can breathe underwater, you can change the dream, you can transform things, rewind time.... anything your mind can imagine, you can do.

One of the techniques that is considered more advanced in lucid dreaming, is to walk through a wall. It really shows us how much we have bought into the illusion of the material world, and even in a dream the mind can get tripped up on this one thing.

But when we can break free, our imagination is limitless!

This is why I personally feel this is one of the most powerful tools we can utilize in our lifetime, as a way to expand our consciousness and break free from any constructs on our mental body. And why I share this as a practice and a tool.

Beginning to learn why we do the things we do, or feel stuck by the things that seem to hold us back is important. Our perceptions are the filter in which we see the world. How I experience this world will always be different than the way you are experiencing it.

Our perceptions are everything, and our perceptions are the result of the wiring and programming of our belief systems, our cellular memories, our ancestral debt, possible implants, and the synthetic telepathy or programing we are ingesting.

Every single person on this planet is walking around in their very own world!

And this brings us to one of the most powerful quotes... if you want to change something, change your mind.

It can be difficult at first to break away from the mainstream of group consciousness. One of the most challenging things to do, is having the courage to think different than our family. This can feel like loosing oneself or even feeling abandoned or alone.

But there comes a moment in our life when we get nudged to find our deeper truth. And one of the best ways to do this, is to question everything. Even the nature of the "physical" world around us.

This brings us to a broader understanding of all of the sayings we hear about "Waking Up".

The whole idea of Enlightenment, Awakening, Waking Up, Expanding Our Consciousness, etc...this is all different ways of saying BECOMING LUCID IN THE DREAM.

Lucid dreaming is something that we all naturally have the ability to do. In fact, this is something that commonly happens in children under the age of 16. Most of us just didn't know what to call it at the time, or that it was even a big deal. So if you are here now thinking, "I don't dream" or have a hard time remembering your dreams, it is important to know, we can train ourselves to become lucid again.

Tapping into the power of our natural states of mind....

Our mind is like the waves on the ocean. Every day we are constantly moving in and out of different states of mind. And at night, we now also know that our sleep has waves and patterns. So when you can learn these waves, you can start to train yourself on how to ride the REM states right into being Lucid!

Mindfulness is an incredible tool for starting to observe our thoughts, and to be more aware of what we are thinking. I am not going to go into why that is so important in this post, but it all has to do with the fact that our thoughts create our reality. So knowing what we are thinking is a vital step in starting to create the life we want to create.

Even though we don't realize it,

we live most of our life

in the hypnotic state of mind.

Daydreaming has LOTS of forms!

Dream realms are real! What happens in a dream directly effects your waking reality. When we conquer a fear in the Lucid Dream, it becomes conquered in our waking life. One of my favorite ways that therapists are utilizing Lucid Dreaming with people now, is for PTSD. Lucid Dreaming is a teachable art, and when a person with PTSD finally becomes lucid in a dream, they can stand up to the panic and fear in the dream, and in one dream, the PTSD is going away.

Change your mind...Change your life!

I am not going to go into all the mechanics or techniques on when or how to Lucid Dream. Instead, I want to share with you some of my favorite resources so you can take this journey from your own perspective. There are endless things you can do in the Lucid dream state, and what jumps out to you as exciting will be the perfect place for you to start.

Gratitude Day 21 - Sticky Notes

My Ode to Sticky Notes

Dear Sticky Notes, dear sticky notes oh how you save my day....

I'm a list kind of girl. Lists for my day, lists for projects, list for shopping, road trips....the list goes on :-)

It wasn't until the inspiration, from the space work I was doing with my clients, that I started making sticky notes part of my lists.

In the Clean Language space work that I do, we write on sticky notes to place in different areas around the room to signify feelings or thoughts. As we work though the process we can move them around or toss them when they are complete. It's brilliant.

It worked so well I started integrating sticky notes into journals, lists and as a inner process tool for myself and my clients. You can move them around, regroup them and arrange them in any way.

And, it is so rewarding to complete a task and get to peel the sticky note and toss it with great satisfaction.   Yes! job done!

I am so grateful for these little sticky bits of paper that help me organize my life in the most creative ways.

Gratitude Day 19 - Philosophy

Philosophy  - The thought came to me today as I was pondering oh so many things....

"I am merely a philosopher of my own life experiences..."

Those tantalizing thoughts that open doors in the mind to new worlds of conscious awareness.

I am grateful for curious thoughts
I am grateful for questioning minds
I am grateful for expansion
I am grateful for new knowledge

& I am grateful for the gift of language to create the clever witty platform to carry these doorways through the ages.

Gratitude Day 17 - The Body

I have nothing but respect and love for this amazing vessel that I get to call home....my body.

I am forever in awe with how intricate and advanced it its. This micro of the cosmos that holds worlds within worlds within.

I love that, despite my ignorance of what is going on inside, my body is continually aligning itself with wholeness and balance.

I breathe without needing to think about it.
My heart beats, my blood flows.
My immune system protects me.
I can sense the world around me in a beautiful array of ways.

I appreciate all the signals that I am given, the pain, the discomfort and the pleasure, that let me know when I need to assist in some form of action for continued well-being.

Signals that inform me to rest, hydrate, stretch, move, eat...and so much more.

What a gift to be given this advanced vehicle to explore this world.

To live life, to experience life, to feel life!

Yes, I am so grateful for this body I call home.

Remember to tell your body thank you!

Gratitude Day 16 - Expansion

In nature, there are only two states of being .... growing or dying.

Sometimes it is these simple truths

that wake me up the most.

I find in myself the desire to thrive, to grow, to learn to expand. And it is tangible when growth happens in any form.

Once you become informed or learned about something, it is pretty hard to unlearn it.

Knowledge changes things.

Just like it is super uncomfortable to try to squeeze into smaller clothes that we have outgrown, old thought forms can feel the same way.

It is amazing to expand into our truth. Tangible expansion of self. Continually happening and pulling us closer towards interconnection with all.

I am grateful for expansion. I am grateful for growth.

We are in constant motion  ... lets make sure we are moving the right way!

Gratitude Day 15 - Fun

You know you are having fun when you forget to take out your phone and take a picture of the
moment!

... & more importantly, you forget about your phone altogether.

When I was a kid we used to move a lot. This meant that I was always having to make new friends, or probably more correctly, figure out how to fit in.

I remember seeing best friends together and thinking that was so cool. How great it must be to have that special someone that got all your innuendos and jokes.

It took me a long time to realize that it was me that was holding myself back from joining in on all the fun, not my circumstance. Sure, having a long history with someone is great, but that isn't the requirement to having real connection and fun with someone.

When I learned how to be transparent with myself, I opened myself to being transparent with others. This was one of the biggest key factors in freeing myself from the myth that I needed to "fit in" in the first place.

All the fears of judgment, shyness, insecurities etc. started to fade away.

Thank goodness for the mirror that showed me that I was the one barking in my own face.

Our world is a mirror reflection of our perception!

Laughter,
Fun
Child like freedom
In the moment
Fun
Talk about everything & nothing
Playful
Fun

I am so grateful to share this fun with the new friends I meet and the friends that I have known through the years.

I am so grateful for the healing recharge of mind body and spirit when we just let go and have fun!

Gratitude Day 14 - Laughter

Laughter, what a gift.
Laughter changes everything
No matter what mood is hanging overhead
A good belly laugh
Tears running down your cheeks
Can't help it and laugh out loud
Laugh
That stops time
Everything else dissapears
And lifts the floodgates of endorphins

yes, I am grateful for laughter! HA~!

Gratitude Day 13 - Love

Love. What a wonderful word and even more so, what a wonderful feeling.

There is a rainbow of love in my world that and I am so grateful for . The love of my husband, the love of family, the love of friends, the love of pets, the love of the divine. And the love I give myself.

Pure, unconditional love.
Love from the heart.
Love that flows freely.

So there are two baby eagles that are on live cam  in the D.C. area. Baby Liberty and baby Freedom. I don't see them very often on the computer, but I was blessed with the best update on them when I called my mother in law to say than you and I love you.

I enjoyed hearing about how big they are getting and how they are doing all these exercises to strengthen their wings and the feeling of the anticipation for their first flight.

There was one part of the story that really touched me. Recently there was a very strong storm. Normally the mother eagle sleeps on a branch above the nest, but during that storm, the mother eagle came down to the nest, hanging on with all her might, in order to be with the babies through the night.

The storm was wild. The wind was whipping the nest all over the place, there was lightning, rain and thunder. The mama eagle could barely keep from getting knocked over by the wind and rain in the crowded nest. Soaked as she was, she never left the side of her babies the entire night.

And there they were, too big to hide underneath her, so they huddled next to her and tucked their little heads into her feathers feeling the comfort and assurance of her being there with them through the scary night.

To me this is such a wonderful story of love.

It is honest, and in its purest unconditional form, it reaches straight for the heart.

xoxo...Becca

Gratitude Day 12 - Elders

I spent my day in the middle of thousands of people as they celebrated loved ones. I enjoy being in the midst of a large collective of humans all vibrating in this joyous state.

I also got the opportunity to help a few elders to their cars. Their smiles and genuine happiness was so wonderful. One woman was 95 and had Alzheimer and so her answers to my questions were a small window into the world she was living in. Her world filled with happy people and jubilant events from her past.

It was such an honor for me to be able to spend the time with those that I did today.

And it reminded be how much I appreciate the wisdom and stories of those who have circled the sun for much longer than I have.

This idea of legacy. Our story. What will we say at 95? What unique signature are we creating with our time here?

Time is so valuable.

I am grateful for time with elders who bless me with their portals into a past that I now get to know in a richer way through their own words and memories. I am grateful for the gift of the personal experience they share with me. And I am grateful for the reminder to make my life the best biography in the making that I possibly can.

What legacy are you creating?

xoxo...Becca

Gratitude Day 11 - Rest

As my eye lids feel that heavy feeling that comes over them when I am super tired, I am anticipating how yummy sleep is going to feel!

I am so grateful for our ability to recharge our mind and body while getting to play in dreamland.

Getting enough sleep is key for so many factors in our health and well being.

  • Stress reduction
  • A healthy immune system
  • Happiness & mental clarity
  • Even maintaining our ideal body

...I love the benefits we receive from these fabulous zzzzz's.

And hello lucid dream or astral travel.

Time to inner travel, explore and manifest on a whole other level.

See you on the astral planes!

xoxo...Becca

Gratitude Day 10 - Blessings

A while back our family made the conscious decision to start celebrating every blessing that we experience. This habit has become something that brings so much joy into our life.

We celebrate big and little victories, accomplishments, 11:11's (or other numbers like it), syncronicities and abundance however we receive it and anything else that we feel in our heart.

To us, finding a penny on the ground is a momentous occasion and brings a cheer.

"Lucky penny!"
"Look a blessing!"

But it's not only pennies, this celebration brings every currency and even paper bills and the occasional diamond too.

And the thing that I really notice is that whether we find a penny or a $50 on the street, the joy feels the same.

It reminds me of the thought that What we celebrate we invite more of into our life!

I had quite a collection of lucky pennies going and I decided to make a jar of blessings. A little something that when I see it I think of all the celebrations we have had as a family and all the blessings that we are open to receiving.

It reminds me of all the great experiences, connections and loved ones we have in our life.

I am so gratitude for every blessing and I am so grateful that we are open to receive them with open arms and big smiles.

What is your "jar of blessings"?
And how do you celebrate the blessings in your life?

Let's share our ideas and help spark new ways to celebrate our gratitude!

xoxo...Becca

Gratitude Day 6 - Core Truth

I am grateful for my core drive that keeps me focused on our dreams, our projects and the things that we are creating.

The drum beat of my core purpose that I move and dance to.

Sure I get knocked down from time to time. Sometimes a whole lot more than I would like (or would like to admit!)

But there is something that moves inside of me like the molten core of the Earth. My own core truth. It pulls me right back up and has me focused with more determination than ever.

I was listening to a talk by Barbara Corcoran the other day and I was like “yes! yes! yes!” She talked about success and she made a statement about the thing that separated the successful people from the rest was how quickly they could get back up when they get knocked down.
I know I have had my share of pity parties in my life but what I want to acknowledge and celebrate is how few and far between they are the older I get. Not only that, I spend more of my time not just on my feet, but running towards our goals.

I have realized that most times “knocked down” is just a state of mind for me.

So I would like to celebrate courage, tenacity, vision and success in all of us.

Because what we celebrate
we reciprocate!

Yes please! Thank You! May I have another!

Today let us all celebrate and have gratitude for the core drive in us that picks us up, keeps us going and fuels us with purpose in life.

Let's celebrate us!

xoxo....Becca

Gratitude Day 4 - Accountability

I love to listen to motivational speakers and most times when you see me with my headphones on, that is what I am listening to.

There is a theme that comes up over and over and that is the idea of an accountability buddy. Someone that is committed to the same goals as you or someone who will just keep you reminded of your goals if you start to go off track.

For me, my blog and the internet at large is one big accountability buddy for me. ....All of you!

Because I don't take lightly my commitments that I post.

There is major accountability that takes place when we announce a launch date for a new project and really create a buzz about it. I know I will go above and beyond to produce a great product by the deadline no matter what it takes when I announce it to the world.

I am curious what keeps you going and motivated. I'm sure we could come up with a pretty amazing list of massive action motivators.

A few that I think of right now are...

Focus
Power of imagination
Micro and macro goals
Celebrating goals big and small
Affirmations
Ability to get back up and keep going
&
Accountability!

I am so grateful to the power of accountability
and the amazing results that come of it!

Gratitude Day 2 - Mirrors

I was recently feeling a bit stressed. Some of this was probably from the move that we just made to a new state. And a lot of it from the situations that we are in the middle of right now. It all compiled together I was starting to feel just a little overwhelmed. So I decided to ask for help.

As part of asking for help I found somebody to talk to who happened to be in Ojai which is a little town up from where we live. It was my first time to the area. It was really kind of a neat drive in itself because Ojai is up away from the ocean so the energetics of the Earth were a bit different than what I was in the middle of in Ventura.

So even just that grounded mountain energy was already helpful.

I got in the office and I found myself trying to figure out the best way to explain my feelings. As I sat there talking, I felt the overwhelm and anxiety start to surface.

I would like to say that it was an extremely profound session, but the truth is that it was really quite simple. And it was that simpleness that I feel made such a great impact for me. So in essence, it was profound.

The more that I shared what was going on, the more I began to sense the calmness of the person that I was talking to. The more I sensed his calm, the more a part of me that felt a little agitated and a little bit aware that there was this rift. My energy was not matching his energy.

I felt grateful for this outside perspective creating a mirror for me.

My energy was all amped up. And it was interesting because at one point he brought this up and shared that he felt I had this super fast paced energy and that what I was really needing was to ground and to allow myself to be a part of this new place that we had moved to. To allow myself to feel at home here in California and be grounded.

So, like I said, it wasn’t super profound information. I was very simple. But I allowed myself to receive that simplicity and I allowed myself to follow the emotion of what that simplicity felt like inside.

But it also made be giggle because it reminded me how actual mirrors are the same way.

I can get stuck in my head sometimes, lost in thought. I can spend half a day in my own world and then all of a sudden I will find myself passing a mirror and realize that the person looking back at me looks nothing like the way I was imagining myself!

Ha!

Most times the mirror is showing me that I have failed to comb my hair or that I am looking too comfortable in my “comfy” clothes for going out in public.

I really allowed myself to see the mirror that he was being for me. He was reflecting to me the calm that I know that I had inside, but allowing me to see a reflection of this crazy disheveled energy that I was sporting. My energy was in serious need of some grooming!

Thank you mirror mirror….

This mirror that allowed to me see a reflection of myself where I was disconnected. And it reminded me that mirrors are all around us everyday. Each and every person that we connect with, we have the opportunity to look into that mirror and see some reflection of our self.

So yes, I am grateful for mirrors.

Mirrors to ground me. Mirrors to reflect to me where I am so that I can better navigate where I am going. Mirrors to guide me back to the wholeness of the true image of my highest self and my source within.

And I will say that I am also grateful to starting to ground into Ventura as home.

Gratitude - Day 1 - Photos

Year of Gratitude - Day 1

I am grateful for photos....

I’m not sure why it is, but lately as I have been looking to the future, I have been experiencing questions in my mind about myself, about my childhood and past decisions that I have made. Could I have done better, been better or made better choices? I realize I have some self judgement that maybe I should have accomplished more or have more to show for my life travels.

As I have scoured my recollection of my past I realize I really don’t have many of the details, only snippets of moments. Stories that come from a child's mind because that is who recorded them in those moments.

Memories really are quite unreliable because they only represent the interpretation of person’s experience therefore they are incomplete and totally subjective.

And like so many others, I have my laundry list of hurtful and painful stories and I find myself telling them in ways that justify my excuses now. But I know the truth, they are just that….excuses!

But listening to those excuses has been so amazingly enlightening to me in order to become aware of my own limiting beliefs so that I can bring them into balance with my highest truth and divine self.

This idea came to me to ask those who knew me as a child what I was like. What my personality or character qualities where like. As a parent and someone who works with children, I know that I acknowledge there is a core drive that we have even as a child, I was curious what those that knew me when I was little would say. Was I shy, strong, happy, sad…..what image did I put out to the world from the start?

I can admit that there was a part of me that just wanted someone to tell me that I was a good person, that I was good.

It is funny how the things our child self longed to hear and have acknowledged can still be wedged in us no matter how old we are and no matter how much every other part of us knows without a doubt that we are amazing!

So on my recent trip to visit my sister, I asked her this question. She was 18 when I was born so her understanding of those past days had a few more details to share. As we went through old family photos we had tears of laughter running down our cheeks as we recounted stories and laughed at the wardrobe and hairstyles of days past.

As page after page turned, what I started to notice was smiles. No matter the pain or frustration I remembered, these photos showed me I still had the heart to be happy and smile.

And that is what was remembered. How happy I always was and how I loved to make others smile.

As we closed the photo album I said to everyone, I don’t care what all the stories are, or what we went through in our past. They are just stories. What I chose to embrace is that we are happy positive people who can overcome anything. We have heart and we share joy.

I am so grateful for that beautiful moment shared with family going through those pictures. And I am grateful to photographs for holding snapshots of moments to help fill in the faded memories. I do love to smile.

I am grateful for joy!

100 Days of Gratitude - Make it a Year!

I feel a great sense of joy inside when I see the gratitude, love, inspiration and positive vibes that others share with the world.

It is so wonderful to see what others are doing and feel that connection on an energetic level with the positive art that I create and share. I love it! I love that there are so many of us doing this and I want all of us to inspire more and more people to also share positive vibrations of love, gratitude, inspiration and beautiful art with the world.

I have been doing gratitude journals for a long time and so when I saw a friends post of  #100daysofgratitude on Facebook I warmed with joy at the idea of sharing gratitude in this way. What a great way to inspire through social media!

Just like the #lovestones, let's keep growing the #positivevibes and sharing the love through our #positiveart. I want to continue the sharing of this idea of 100 days of Gratitude! Or if you like let's make it a Year of Gratitude! Wow! Imagine the wave of blessings and smiles we can create by doing just this one thing!

On my ground zero day... A year of Gratitude-Day 0

I share with all my gratitude for other artists of love and joy who share in their own creative ways with others. Because all of us together are creating a better world around us with each breath of gratitude we take.

Let's make a wave!

I am so grateful to all who help me share this post. And I invite you to make your commitment to sharing with others your 100 days of Gratitude or if you choose, make it a year!
